Services and agreements
Work is defined in a written quote, invoice, or service agreement. If anything there differs from this page, the written agreement wins. Estimates are good-faith guesses; I'll check with you before going meaningfully over.
Payment
Invoices are due on the terms shown on the invoice and can be paid online through Square. Late or unpaid invoices may pause ongoing services.
Your responsibilities
Please give accurate information, provide the access needed to do the work, use properly licensed software, and keep your own backups unless backups are part of our agreement.
Limits
I work carefully, but no technology is perfect. I'm not responsible for losses caused by things outside my control, such as hardware failure, outages from other providers, or attacks, unless they result from my negligence. My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved.
Scheduling and cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule on-site visits when you can.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
