How it works

How engagement works

Three ways to work together. Pick the one that fits. Start with a project or discuss ongoing support.

One-off projects

A defined job with a clear start and finish, like moving email, replacing a server, or setting up a new office network.

  • We agree on the scope before work starts
  • You get a quote for that scope
  • When it's done, it's done. No ongoing commitment

Good fit if you have a specific problem or upgrade in mind.

Block-hour support

You buy a block of hours up front and use them as things come up. Time is tracked and drawn down from the block.

  • Use hours for fixes, questions, or small projects
  • You can see how many hours are left
  • Top up when the block runs low

Good fit if you need help now and then, but not every month.

Ongoing monthly support

Monthly support can cover updates, backups, monitoring, and help for your team. We agree on what's included and when support is available.

  • We agree on a routine maintenance schedule
  • Checks can help identify problems before they grow
  • We agree on the monthly arrangement and any extra charges

Good fit if you'd rather not think about IT day to day.

Not sure which one you need?

That's normal. Tell me what's going on and I'll suggest the option that makes sense. Pricing depends on your setup, so I'll go over it with you before anything starts.
