Sweet Grass IT is a one-person IT service business based in Bozeman, Montana. This policy explains what information I collect, why, and what I do with it. I keep it short and honest.

What I collect

  • Contact form: your name, email, phone number, and message.
  • Booking a call: the details you enter on the Cal.com scheduling page.
  • Paying an invoice: payments are handled by Square. Please don't send card details through the contact form.
  • Remote support: an arranged HelpWire session may share your screen and computer access, depending on the permissions you allow.
  • Basic technical data: like any website, the hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log IP addresses and browser info for security and spam protection.

How I use it

Only to respond to you, schedule and deliver services, send invoices, and keep this site secure. I don't sell your information, and I don't use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

Services used by this site include Cloudflare (hosting and spam checks), Resend (delivering form emails), Cal.com (scheduling), Square (payments), and Google Fonts (fonts). HelpWire is used for arranged remote support. These services may receive technical data when you use them. Each has its own privacy policy.

Client systems and data

When I work on your computers, accounts, or network, I may see business data. I access only what's needed for the job, keep it confidential, and don't copy or keep it longer than necessary. Specific terms are in your service agreement.

Cookies

The site itself doesn't add advertising cookies. The spam check, booking calendar, and linked services may use cookies or similar storage under their own policies.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiry emails as long as needed to respond and for normal business records. Ask me and I'll delete your information unless I'm required to keep it (for example, tax records).

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you at any time by emailing tech@sweetgrassit.com.

If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the date above.
